JANELLE EDEM is a seasoned executive with 19 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she serves as SVP and Global Relationship Manager. A champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she leads initiatives like the Men as Allies Council and co-chairs the WE@Liberty ERG, supporting over 9,000 women and allies. Recognized as a 2021 Global 100 Insurance Leader and 2012 Business Insurance Innovation Award recipient, Edem is also a past leader of the Wharton Club of Boston. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies. A proud alum of Lead Boston and McKinsey’s Black Executive Leadership Programs, she serves on Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Compliance and Risk Board Committee.
